Field Repair and Calibration on Demand
Equipment breakdowns and industrial application conditions often cause gas sensor and transmitter problems that require field service personnel to respond quickly and effectively. Our Field Service Team is made up of experienced technicians typically available on short notice. Contractual Field Repairs and Calibration programs are also available through this same team.
Start-up and Commissioning Services
A new installation, upgrade to new instruments or substantial expansion requires wiring verification and functional testing of all gas sensors and related safety equipment. This plan insures a smooth start-up of new equipment and proper on-site training of the Owner’s Personnel in routine gas sensor maintenance procedures.
Factory Product Repair
The factory service department repairs and calibrates all Sensidyne products. This group responds to a wide variety of support calls, application assistance, troubleshooting and repairs.
Sensor Exchange Program
Many customers elect to have SensAlert and SensAlert Plus intelligent gas sensors factory calibrated at regular intervals. This is particularly advantageous when sensing highly toxic or volatile gases requiring difficult to obtain or store calibration standards with limited life. Customers purchase sensors for rotation and Sensidyne stores and recalibrates the sensors, shipping them to arrive as scheduled by the user along with documentation and calibration certificates. Transportable calibration has been a Sensidyne smart sensor attribute for more than a decade and significantly streamlines maintenance and improves reliability of a safety program.
Factory Service Training and Certification
Third party providers, resellers and service companies often send their personnel to Sensidyne for training and certification on our products. This may also include user companies with a sizeable investment in gas detection safety equipment and programs.
